QUICHE OF PUERROS CURRY

Hello! Today we present one of our star recipes. Many of you are interested in the type of food and food that is served at Awa Natura, that is why we are going to share with you the homemade cuisine prepared by Evelyne step by step. We hope you like it!

Recipe of the stuffing- Ingredients

– 1 gluten-free puff pastry

– 2 leeks clean

– 3 carrots

– 100gr of chicken in pieces

– 1 Coconut milk bottle (400ml)

– 50gr of grated cheese

– Salt, pepper, mustard and curry to taste

 

Elaboration
  • Roll the dough into a tray with oil 24cm in diameter. No need to pre-cook
  • We clean the leeks and cut them into pieces of about 0.5cm. Peel and cut the carrots into small pieces. Fry gently for 7 or 8 minutes. Season to taste (curry, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme)
  • We cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in a pan, also seasoning it to taste
  • We beat the whole eggs with coconut milk
  • We extend with a soup spoon of mustard on the bottom of the dough. We place the chicken in pieces, the leeks and the carrots.
  • Pour over the egg mixture with coconut milk. Let bake at 180º for 45 minutes. Once the quiche is golden, we serve it immediately and enjoy

HAM AND TOMATO TOASTS WITH PARMESAN CHEESE FLAKES

This simple but delicious recipe is one of the queens in what has breakfasts and lunches. Under our characteristic Mediterranean sun and together with a great seasonal fruit detox shake is the ideal food for our mornings.

 Ingredients

 

– 3 large bread slices

– 1 large tomato peeled and cut into pieces

– 1 garlic clove

– Slices of Serrano ham

-A stream of extra virgin olive oil

– Parmesan

– Spices to taste (oregano, thyme, rosemary)

 

Elaboraction

 

While preheating the oven to 200ºC …

We put the garlic clove on the bread toast, place the tomato pieces and cover with the serrano ham. Add a splash of olive oil and finish with the flakes of Parmesan cheese and spices of your choice.

Finally put on the baking tray on the top and let bake about 5 minutes. Ready!

SALAD OF QUINOA AND ALUBIAS

This delicious and fresh quinoa and bean salad we usually serve as a tapas dish. Cooked with quality ingredients and seasoned to taste it will be one of your favorite appetizers for the summer months.

Recipe for Termomix- Ingredients

First Quinoa

– 200 gr of Quinoa

– 800 gr of water

– 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil

– 1 teaspoons of salt

The rest of salad

– 200 gr of cooked green or red beans

– Lemon juice

– 1 jet of oil

* We have cut 2-3 leaves of radishes

 

Elaboration
  • We wash the Quinoa in cold water to remove the layer of saponins that can give it a bitter taste afterwards. Then, we put the Quinoa in the basket of the Thermomix. In the same glass of the Thermomix we pour the water with the oil and the salt.
  • We program at 20 minutes, 100ºC and at speed 4.
  • We pour the Quinoa in a container and wash it under cold water to temper it
  • Drain the beans also under the cold water and mix with the Quinoa.
  • Add a splash of oil, lemon juice and eat

HOMEMADE BREAD AWA

Nothing so easy and rich as fresh bread made at home, and that is that at Awa Natura we love breakfast with our daily bread, all with ingredients 100% natural and from organic farming.

Thermomix recipe- Ingredients

Ingredients

– 400 gr of Spelled flour

– 300 ml of water

– 20 gr of fresh yeast

– 15 gr of salt

– 20gr of extra virgin olive oil

– 7gr of sugar

 

 

Elaboración
  • We put sugar, water and oil in the glass. Program 2 minutes at 37 degrees, speed 1
  • Add the fresh yeast, and program at speed 3 for 10 seconds
  • Add flour, salt and program 5 minutes at spike speed
  • Sacamos la masa del vaso y hacemos una bola grande que a posteriori colocaremos en un bol grande tapado con papel  film y dejamos en un lugar cálido durante 60 minutos.
  • We remove the dough and knead it by stretching it and folding it in again and again for 5 minutes
  • We give the desired shape, put it in a cast iron pot where you have previously put a kitchen paper. We humidify and flour by making small cuts.
    We cover the pot and then we introduce the pot in the cold oven and put it at 22oº for 60 min
  • We take the pot out of the oven carefully, we take out the bread and hit it with a wooden spoon and, the trick is that if it sounds hollow, the bread would be ready
  • Let it cool resting on a rack

Recipe for Termomix- Ingredients

– 400 gr of cooked chickpeas

– 1 or 2 cloves of garlic to taste

– 1 lemon juice

– 1 Tablespoon of Tahin

– 50 gr of extra virgin olive oil

– 1 tablespoon of cumin powder

– 1 fresh cilantro branch

– 1 yogurt (optional, or 50gr of water)

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Elaboration
  • We put all the ingredients in the glass and program in speed 1-6
  • Serve on a plate, sprinkling sweet paprika

This version is used to “tell” and share in the appetizer. It can be accompanied by raw vegetables such as sliced carrots, strips of celery, cherry tomatoes and cucumber without skin. A great success for the summer months!
