Terms in Awa Natura

 

 

Modality of Payment 

We accept credit cards, cash payments and bank transfer (transfer costs are borne by you). We DO NOT accept bank check.

Sheets and Towels

During your stay, we put at your disposal the sheets (once a week) and towels (twice a week). Please do not use our towels for the pool (we would appreciate it if you brought your own)

Extra bed

We put a supplementary bed for babies free and / or a supplementary bed for adult of € 25 / night.

Check-in & Check-out

The accommodations will be ready on the day of arrival from 5:00 p.m. and we ask that you release them on the day of departure before 12:00 p.m. in the morning. They will be able to use our relaxation spaces outside those hours. The schedules can change in case of seminars or events.

Bail

We do not ask for any deposit upon arrival but we count on your kindness and honesty to warn us of any damage occurred during your stay and your participation for any repair or replacement.

Smokers

As a security measure, our accommodations are non-smoking spaces. We ask you not to smoke in all the lodgings and to pay attention to the time to extinguish the cigarette. It is very hot here and with the dryness in summer the fire risks are high. We put ashtrays at your disposal if necessary.

Animals

Pets are not accepted for security reasons.

Music and Noise

Please do not touch or listen to loud music out of respect for the tranquility of others.

The pool

The pool is accessible from sunrise to sunset. There is no security around the pool. Therefore, guests are the ones who must take all necessary precautions when using the pool, especially if they are with young children, they should ensure their vigilance. The guest must acknowledge the absence of responsibility of the owner in case of accident to his family, his guests or himself.

Responsability

AWA NATURA denies any responsibility in case of loss or theft in our land.

Art 1 Admission conditions:

No person outside the stay can be accepted in AWA NATURA without the agreement of the owners.

Art 2 Rental of the Accommodation:

Rental description: refer to the description on the website. Definition of rental period: refer to rates on the web. Times and duration of rent: refer to rates. The rental rates include: rent of accommodation, sheets and bath towels, supplies (water, gas and electricity), access to services is referred to on the web. The accommodations are available on the day of arrival after 4pm and must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure. Any exceeding of that limit will be billed as a supplementary day. Assignment, sublease: any rental is nominative and can not under any circumstances be assigned or sublet.

Art 3 Capacity:

The number of people indicated for each accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupation taking into account the available equipment. It can not be overcome because of security issues.

Art 4 Modification of the stay:

Any modification requested in terms of dates, duration, number of people will have to be validated by us. When appropriate, it will be subject to additional billing, as administrative expenses.

Art 5 Cancellation:

Cancellation of the stay before arrival: For any stay during the year (except July and August).

From 0 to 7 days before the scheduled date: the total amount of the stay is due.
From 7 to 30 days before the scheduled date: the advance of the stay will not be refunded / returned.
30 days or more before the scheduled date: AWA NATURA will refund the deposit.
For the stay in July and August

From 0 to 30 days: the total amount of the stay is due.
From 30 to 60 days: the advance of the stay will not be refunded.
60 days or more: AWA NATURA will refund the deposit.
In the case of NO presentation or interruption of stay for any reason: the total amount of the stay will be required • Cancellation of the stay by AWA NATURA before arrival or on the web: In case of weather alert or linked to external events , regardless of our will, such as inclement weather, storm or storm, AWA NATURA maintains the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In these cases, we propose to postpone or postpone your stay in later dates. If you have already left your home, we propose a relocation as much as possible in situ or in another establishment. The rehousing will follow the same financial conditions that were foreseen in the reserve. No other compensation may be claimed.

Art. 6 Rates and regulations during the stay.

The rates included in our website are subject to change depending on the economic conditions or the regulations, including taxes. Only the price included in the confirmation email gives credit. 30% of the total price of the stay. 15 days before the arrival date (for example, transfer costs). Or at the time of arrival of the customer in cash or by bank card (checks are not allowed).

Art 7 Late Arrivals – Early departures:

No reduction / rebate or refund will be allowed in case of late arrival or early departure.

Art 8 Children:

They are under the responsibility of the parents throughout the stay. From the age of 12 they are considered as adults for our menus.

Art 9 Internal regulation:

Any tenant to act in accordance with the internal rules of AWA NATURA (shown in each accommodation) under penalty of penalties may even reach the termination of the stay.

Art 10 Animals:

Pets are not allowed. In case of failure to respect this clause by the client, AWA NATURA can refuse to stay. In this case no refund will be made.

Art 11 valuables and deposit of things:

We recommend not leaving valuables in stores. The objects deposited in AWA NATURA are under the responsibility of the owner. In case of theft or deterioration, AWA NATURA will not be responsible in any case.

Art 12 Claims:

We make claims sheets available to clients. In case of technical problem on the web, AWA NATURA will not be responsible and there will be no refund.

Art 13 Customer responsibility:

It is your responsibility to verify that the information given at the time of reservation or at any other time is accurate and that you can receive confirmation of the reservation. In case the client does not receive this confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact AWA NATURA.
